SPRING PROGRAMS ARE HOSTED AT THE JOE THORNTON ARENA
A Skate Canada fee will be added to all skaters for the 2023/2024 season upon checkout who have not been registered during the 2023 Fall or 2024 Winter skating sessions.
REGISTRATION FOR Parent/Child requires BOTH an ADULT and a CHILD to be registered in corresponding sessions in order to finalize registration.

WELCOME TO ADULT SKATE
ADULT SKATE caters to those 15 years + at a variety of levels.
Are you interested in learning the basics of skating skills including balance, learning how to fall and stand up, gliding and stopping?
Perhaps you are a solid basic skater but want to learn edges, turns and crossovers?
Maybe you are playing recreational hockey and you would like to learn all of the above plus transitions and upper body control?
Or MAYBE.... you have dreamed of being a figure skater and this is the time to learn to spin and jump!!!!
This is a group program. However, the coach will work with you on an individual plan to reach your goals. You will work together in skill appropriate groups as well as have free time to work on your specific goals.
A CSA approved helmet must be worn by those assessed at Canskate Stage 5 and under.
