2024 STSC AGM and Awards Gala

Hello STSC Members,

We are looking forward to celebrating a fantastic 2023-24 skating season with you on Saturday May 25th. If you have purchased tickets for the dinner, doors will open at 5:30pm and dinner will be served at 6pm.

The AGM and Awards portion of the evening will begin at 7pm sharp. Reminder - there is no cost to attend the AGM and Awards portion of the gala. Please see the 2024 AGM Package for details. This package includes the notice of AGM, Director Reports and a copy of last years (2023) AGM Minutes. Please take a moment to review the information contained in this years package. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the AGM. 

There will also be a cash bar and silent auction during the event. Please bring cash to purchase drink tickets. If you would like to bid on items for the silent auction, payments can be made by etransfer. More details provided at the event.
